Questions about the One

What is the difference between Pure, Spark and One?

The tap is the same. What changes is the water: Pure (€490) = filtered + boiling. Spark (€890) = filtered + sparkling + chilled. One (€990) = every kind of water.

Do I need a power socket under the sink?

Yes, the boiling-water tank and the chiller run on 230 V. If you do not have one, an electrician can fit one in 30 minutes to 1 hour (allow €50 to €100).

Is my worktop compatible?

Very likely: a standard Ø 35 mm hole, suitable for stainless steel, granite, quartz, laminate and solid wood. Only very thin worktops (under 20 mm) can be a problem. Send us a photo and we will reply within 24 hours.

How often should I change the filter?

Roughly every 6 months for a household of 3–4 (more often for larger households, less often if you live alone). An indicator on the tap turns orange, then red: no need to keep count.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. Every finish is the same price. Optional only: installation by the professional of your choice and a maintenance plan (€59 to €119 a year). The 5-year warranty is included.
