Terms of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms govern the sale of HYDRAL taps and associated services (maintenance plans, consumables) offered on hydral-kitchen.com and hydral-kitchen.fr. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. They are a translation of the French terms of sale, which prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros including VAT at the French rate of 20 %. Confirmed orders remain at the price displayed at the time of confirmation.

Article 3 — Orders

Your order request is confirmed by HYDRAL by phone or email, with a summary and the invoice. HYDRAL may cancel an order in the event of unavailability, an obvious pricing error or a payment incident: you are then refunded in full within 14 days.

Article 4 — Payment

By bank card, in full or in 3 or 4 interest-free instalments, or by bank transfer for professionals. Bank details are never stored by HYDRAL.

Article 5 — Delivery

Free worldwide, by tracked carrier: within 5 to 7 working days in mainland France; elsewhere, the delivery lead time is confirmed with you when your order is confirmed. Prices are the same as in France; outside the European Union, any import duties or local taxes charged by your country are not included.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code): HYDRAL extends this period to 30 days. The product must be returned complete, uninstalled, in its original packaging. Return costs are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we made an error. Refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Article 7 — Warranty

HYDRAL taps are guaranteed for 5 years, parts and labour, against manufacturing defects (leaks, electronic malfunctions, material defects). Excluded: normal wear, incorrect installation, failure to descale, impacts and unauthorised modifications. The statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects also apply.

Article 8 — Maintenance plans

The Essential, Standard and Plus plans are annual and commitment-free: they can be cancelled at any time, taking effect on the renewal date. Consumables are shipped automatically at the planned frequency.

Article 9 — Liability

HYDRAL cannot be held liable for indirect damage linked to the use of the product: its liability is limited to the purchase price.

Article 10 — Disputes

Please contact us first at boostactivityfr@gmail.com to find an amicable solution. Failing that, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge (to be appointed). As a last resort, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
